With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, husband-and-wife team Brian and Lucinda O’Rourke know all there is to know about making a party go with a bang. From initial planning through to meticulous organisation and impeccable service, they and their team will make sure that nothing is left to chance.

We take care of all the organisation, putting in place all the essential building blocks, pulling the right strings, in fact whatever it takes to achieve complete success and 100% customer satisfaction.

“Once we have an indication of the numbers involved, we get to work straight away on things like the layout and design of dining areas, the scale and type of catering desired and, if required, provision of a complete wine and liquor bar service.

“Whereas most customers can probably envisage the kind of function they’re looking for, we’re not only able to advise on how best to go about it but, using the benefit of our experience, throw in a few ideas of our own.”
